These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudyWillow mobile application and studywillow.com (the “Service”). “StudyWillow”, “we” and “us” refer to the independent developer operating the Service under the StudyWillow name. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Using StudyWillow
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other users’ data, reverse engineer the app, or use the Service to store unlawful content.
Your content
You keep full ownership of everything you create in StudyWillow — schedules, notes, grades, attachments and all other planner content. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, sync and display that content back to you across your devices. We never use your content for advertising.
StudyWillow Pro
- StudyWillow Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings.
- Prices may vary by region and may change; changes never apply retroactively to an active period.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under their policies.
Availability & changes
We work hard to keep StudyWillow available and your data synced, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyWillow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use the Service as a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
