Your data, your choice
Delete your account or data
You can permanently delete your entire StudyWillow account, or ask us to delete specific data while keeping your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete everything in the app (fastest)
- Open StudyWillow and go to Profile → Password & Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm — your account and all data are scheduled for permanent deletion.
Deletion takes effect across our systems within 30 days. If you have an active StudyWillow Pro subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store / Google Play settings — deleting the account does not cancel store billing.
Request deletion by email
No access to the app, or want to delete only some data? Submit a request and we'll email a confirmation link to the account's address. Nothing is deleted until the owner of that email confirms — and the email includes an “I didn't request this” option that cancels the request instantly. Confirmed deletions complete within 30 days.
Full deletion removes
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Timetables, subjects, classes and events
- Homework, tasks and exams
- Grades, GPA history and report cards
- Attendance records
- Notes and focus-session history
- All attachments (files, photos, scans)
- Push-notification tokens and preferences

You can also delete most content directly in the app at any time — items removed in the app are deleted from our servers too.
Good to know
- Deletion completes across our systems and backups within 30 days.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple / Google under their own policies — we cannot delete those, but they are not linked to your planner data after account deletion.
- We may retain the minimal records required by law (e.g. a log that a deletion request was fulfilled).
